How long does it take to process an order?

My order tracking is showing delivered, but I can’t find my package. What are the next steps?

Do you accept returns?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit. To start a return, contact us at info@shopgirlsandboots.com.
Customers are responsible for shipping.
Do you give refunds?
We issue store credit only.
Do you offer exchanges?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time due to inventory constantly changing.
